A festive event in honor of Mother's Day at Amonatbank

On March 6 of this year, the State Unitary Enterprise "Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" held a celebratory event dedicated to Mother's Day. The event was attended by the bank's Chairman of the Board, A.A. Salimzoda, Deputy Chairman of the Board, People's Poet of Tajikistan, Kamol Nasrullo, and employees. At the beginning of the event, the bank's management congratulated women and girls on this wonderful Mother's Day, noting that mothers are the source of life, a symbol of love and fidelity, purity and sincerity, and the first school of humanity. It is the warm embrace and kind prayers of a mother that guide a person on the right path, to knowledge and enlightenment, and to faithful service to the Motherland. People's Poet of Tajikistan, Kamol Nasrullo, in his congratulatory speech, also spoke of the greatness of the Mother-Woman, noting that mothers are not only educators of children but also the unshakable foundation of society, guardians of national values, and an important factor in the progress of the state. At the same time, the audience enjoyed a wonderful performance in honor of the First Lady of Tajik Eloquence, Tajik-Persian poetess Rabia Balkhi, and recited heartfelt poems from the noble poetry of this courageous and eloquent woman. Furthermore, several active women and girls at the Bank were presented with certificates of appreciation for their hard work, honest service, and significant contributions. The grand event in honor of Mother's Day concluded with a performance of heartfelt songs and songs by the country's beloved artists.

Press conference on the results of Amonatbank's activities during 2025

On February 10 of this year, a press conference was held at the State Unitary Enterprise “Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbonk”” on the results of the Bank’s activities in 2025. The press conference was attended by representatives of the mass media, the Chairman of the Board of “Amonatbonk” Salimzoda A.A., Advisor to the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economic Issues Qosimzoda I.Sh., First Deputy Chairman of the Board Khudoyorzoda Kh.B., Deputy Chairman of the Board Rizvonzoda F.Z., and heads of structural units of the Bank’s headquarters. At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of “Amonatbonk” Salimzoda A.A. made a brief presentation and informed those present about the results of the Bank’s activities in 2025. The information provided included information on the Bank's solvency, assets, liabilities, capital, income, the volume of deposits of individuals and legal entities, interest paid to the population, the Bank's credit initiatives and loans provided to the population, attraction of foreign direct investment, activities in the development of non-cash settlements, etc. Representatives of the country's mass media also asked various questions related to the activities of the sector. In particular, questions were asked about the attraction of foreign capital to the banking system, the total balance of deposits and their interest, measures to increase the level of financial literacy of customers, the development of non-cash settlements, appropriate measures to prevent customers from fraudsters, the share of overdue loans in the loan portfolio, the development of the digital economy, etc. The press conference was held in an open space for expressing opinions and questions and answers, during which the Bank's activities were comprehensively discussed.

The meeting of experts and coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Association in Bukhara

On 16 May 2022 Bukhara hosted a meeting of experts and coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Association (SCO IBA), chaired by the National Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of Uzbekistan's presidency of the SCO in 2021-2022. The event was attended by the leading development institutions of the SCO member states - the Republic of India, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Russian Federation. The delegation of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" was represented by the Deputy Chairman of the Board Rizvonzoda F. Z. and head of the International Relations Department Rahmatzoda B.M It should be noted that more than six urgent issues in the field of banking and investment activities were put on the agenda of the Meeting Also, during the Meeting, Uznatsbank proposed draft documents for the consideration of IBO member banks, namely: 1. Joint action plan of the SCO IBS member banks to support and develop intraregional economic cooperation of the SCO in the medium term (2022-2027); 2. The Framework Principles on Financial Interaction and Cooperation of the SCO Member Banks.

Meeting of the Council of the Interbank Association of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

In 2021, along with the Chairmanship of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" also chairs the Interbank Association of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization being a member bank of the Association. On this occasion, today, on September 16, a meeting of the Council of the Interbank Association of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in Dushanbe based on the initiative of the SSB "Amonatbonk" and was attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Bank of Tajikistan management, the SCO Secretary General and the heads of the SCO Interbank Association member-banks. The meeting was attended by the SCO Secretariat, senior officials of the Indian Infrastructure Finance Company, State Development Corporation "VEB.RF", the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the "RSK Bank" of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, as well as the SCO IBA partner bank - Eurasian Development Bank took part in this event in person. To ensure participation of the authorized financial institutions of all parties, the necessary arrangements were organized to ensure on-line connectivity through video conference. This allowed delegations from the State Development Bank of China, Habib Bank of Pakistan, as well as partner banks such as “Belarusbank” and Development Bank of Mongolia to participate in the meeting remotely During the meeting, as provided by the Agenda, representatives of the SCO IBA member banks have discussed six important areas aimed at strengthening of bilateral and multilateral cooperation: 1. Enhancement of the cooperation with financial institutions of the SCO observer states and dialogue partners countries; 2. development of collaboration with international financial institutions operating in the SCO countries and the Asian region 3. Adoption of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Association Medium-Term Development Strategy for 2022-2026 4. Investment cooperation of the SCO IBA Member Banks; 5. Cooperation in the areas of experience sharing and training activities; 6. Selection of the new Chair of the SCO IBA for the 2021-2022. It is encouraging to note that today the Strategy for further development of the SCO IBA in the medium term (2022-2026) was adopted with support of all SCO IBA member banks.

Meeting of experts and coordinators of the SCO IBC was held in the Dushanbe under the chairmanship of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk"

On May 17 and 18, 2021, at the initiative of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk", a meeting of experts and coordinators of the Interbank Consortium of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held. Delegations of the State Development Corporation “VEB.RF”, the Uzbekistan National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs, “RSK Bank Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Kazakhstan Development Bank were present at this event. In order to ensure the participation of authorized financial institutions of all parties, the necessary technical conditions were created, which allowed delegations from the China Development Bank, Habib Bank Limited (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) , and the Indian infrastructure finance company to participate in the meeting remotely. Along with the delegations of banks, the event was attended by senior officials from the SCO Secretariat. It should be noted that the Deputy Chairman of the State SSB RT "Amonatbonk" Mr. Rizvonzoda Firdavs Zikr took part in the event and made a presentation. In his speech, Mr. Rizvonzoda F.Z. stressed that the Interbank Consortium, being an important platform for interbank interaction within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, in the current difficult economic situation in the world is making every effort to restore the growth and development of the economies of the SCO member states. Together this, it was noted in the speech that Amonatbonk is ready to develop cooperation both on a bilateral and multilateral basis and take the necessary measures to achieve the set goals. During the meeting, a wide range of issues of mutual cooperation were discussed, in particular: 1. Expansion of cooperation with financial institutions of the observer states and SCO dialogue partners; 2. Interaction with international financial institutions operating in the SCO space and in the Asian region; 3. Discussion of the adoption of the Strategy for the further development of the SCO IBC for the medium term (2022-2026); 4. Investment cooperation of member banks of the SCO IBC; 5. Cooperation in the field of exchange of experience and training; 6. Coordination of the terms and agenda of the next meeting of the SCO IBC Council. One of the main and significant issues of the last meeting was the discussion of the adoption of the Strategy for the further development of the SCO IBC for the medium term (2022-2026) in the new edition and the approval of the date for the next meeting of the SCO IBC Council.
